The
Association of Recruitment Consultancies has enhanced its coordinated bank of recruitment and employment materials for UK
corporate members. Its new web platform features an extensive
‘knowledge centre’ with additional training tools that include the information-rich Autumn 2012 webinar series, created by commercially-oriented recruitment law consultants at Lawspeed.
The series (which is free to ARC members) will deliver entry-level recruiter guidance to a wide UK audience. The first in the set of five ‘Recruitment: the basics’ starts at 1pm on Thursday 27 September, and includes a live Q&A. Adrian Marlowe, the ARC Chairman says; ‘Our objective is to help all ARC members to operate at their best’.
The combination of tools provides a rounded training vehicle for
induction purposes, and also to refresh more experienced operators with a
higher level of understanding. Any issues that may arise are fully
supported by the ARC’s effective on-demand legal helpline, also delivered by experienced Lawspeed consultants.
Adrian adds; ‘The recruitment industry is evolving and operating
standards are rising. At present, ARC members are thriving through
sometimes challenging trading conditions, so the innovative platform
delivers easy access to necessary compliance and other business critical
information.’
Established in 2009 and headed for a bumper 2013, The ARC is a
growing force in the recruitment industry, both as thought-leaders and
campaigners. ‘We have strong external relationships, so wherever we
identify potential industry improvements, the ARC lobbies tirelessly to
achieve them.’
