Is KID relevant when supplying off payroll staff?

We are pleased to announce that a representative from the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) will be joining Lawspeed’s presentation on the tax and compliance issues arising from using off payroll staff on 14th July.

Whilst the tax ramifications of HMRC’s recently publicised action under the Managed Service Company (MSC) rules will remain centre stage, the relevance of providing key information documents (KID) to contractors fits into the agenda. BEIS has recently ramped up its Employment Agency Inspectorate (EAS) team to deal with both compliance inspections and an increase in complaints.

Within our seminar we will discuss the steps that agencies should take to comply with KID that could impact on tax liability.
